CLUES catalog

The Clave Única de Establecimientos de Salud is the sector's official register, published by the Dirección General de Información en Salud. It supplies the institution, the facility type, the level of care, beds and consulting rooms. It is updated daily with monthly cuts, and we load it every month.

DENUE

INEGI's Directorio Estadístico Nacional de Unidades Económicas adds establishment coverage, addresses and contact details. Its strength is completeness: it includes establishments with no presence on the internet.

Consejo de Salubridad General

Certification is always shown with its scheme, its scope and its date. The certification model was replaced in 2026 by MOCEBPASS, so we track both the previous list and the new one. Certified does not mean better: it means the establishment met the standards assessed on that date.

What we do not publish

We do not publish real-time capacity, waiting times or saturation status. They change by the hour and no public source exposes them reliably. Presenting them would be inventing precision we do not have.
